Wholesale purchase terms
Simple terms for wholesale purchases
Version 2026-09-07. These terms explain the online reservation process. The final bill of sale records the completed transaction.
Dealer authority
The person using Buy Now confirms they are authorized to act for the approved dealership shown in DealerTrades.
Vehicle review
The buying dealer is responsible for reviewing the pitch sheet, CARFAX information, condition disclosures, photos, and available inspection documents before purchasing.
Buy Now
Buy Now reserves the vehicle at the displayed wholesale price. DealerTrades will prepare a bill of sale and contact the dealership to complete the transaction.
Offers
Submitting an offer does not reserve the vehicle. The vehicle remains available until DealerTrades accepts an offer or another dealer uses Buy Now.
Condition and arbitration
Vehicles are offered wholesale using the information disclosed for each unit. DealerTrades does not provide an arbitration service, so dealers should complete their own review before the final bill of sale.
Final paperwork
Payment instructions, taxes, delivery arrangements, and any transaction-specific conditions will be confirmed in the bill of sale or directly with DealerTrades.
